We strive to deliver successful issue management, underwriting, RTS/RTA, DP and corporate advisory services; maximizing value for the clients by clearly establishing the objectives and risks and by proactively working on it. Our investment professionals work to deliver a fully customized investment portfolio to suit your investment goals and risk tolerance through our Portfolio Management Service (PMS) and to target long term capital appreciation investing predominantly in equity and equity related instruments and partly in fixed income securities through our Mutual Fund service.

Mr. Shulav Shrestha has been leading as the Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mega Capital Markets Limited and has been associated with the company for the past 3.5 years. Mr. Shrestha, who holds an ACCA and EMBA degree, has more than 11 years of experience in field of accounts, finance, investment, auditing and more than 6 years in Nepalese Capital Markets.

Education:

Mr. Shulav Shrestha is Fellow Member of ACCA (UK) since 2017. He is also a MBA (executive) graduate from KUSOM and a Level II candidate for CFA (UK).

Experience:

Before joining Mega Capital Markets Limited as Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Mr. Shulav Shrestha had worked as Head of Portfolio Management at NIC Asia Capital Limited for 2 years. He has more than 11 years of experience in field of accounts, finance, investment, auditing in Nepal in various reputed organizations at various capacity. He has worked as an Assistant Manger in Internal Audit Department of Chaudhary Group and has also overseen accounts and financial related works in other tech and investment companies. Mr. Shrestha has also been teaching Advance Financial Management to professional level students of ACCA and Investment related courses as visiting faculty for BBA and MBA students of Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM).

Mr. Giriraj Pokhrel is currently leading Marketing Department at Mega Capital. He posses strong communication as well as networking skills to understand the client’s requirement and suggest / deliver the investment product suitable for them. He holds master degree with more than 4.5 years experience in capital market.

Education:

Mr. Giriraj Pokhrel holds a Bachelors in Education (BED) and a Masters in Education (MED) from Tribhuvan University.

Experience:

Mr. Giriraj Pokhrel has had various experiences in both academic and capital markets field of the country. Before joining Mega Capital Markets Limited as Head of Marketing, Mr. Pokhrel had worked for more than a year at Global IME Capital Limited. He has also worked as Counsellor and Public Relationship Officer for 2 years at Thapathali University Village and as a Permanent Teacher for Government schools for more than 4 years.

Manisha Dahal holds master degree with more than 6 years experience in capital market

Education:

Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Pokhara University and awaits her response of Thesis Paper of Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Infrastructure University.

Experience:

Before joining Mega Capital Markets Limited as In charge- Merchant Banking Mrs. Manisha Dahal had worked as In charge of Issue Management & RTA /RTS Department at Nabil Investment Banking Limited for 4 years.

Devaki Acharya holds master degree with more than 7 years experience in capital market and 3 experience in commodity market of Nepal.

Education:

Mrs. Devaki Acharya holds Masters in Business Studies (MBS) degree with specialization in Finance from Tribhuvan University.

Experience:

Mrs. Devaki Acharya began her career working at CFX (Commodity Future Exchange) where she continued for 3 years. Before joining Mega Capital, she had worked in the Portfolio Management Service department of Civil Capital Markets Limited for another 3 years. She is currently leading at Portfolio Management Service department of Mega Capital Markets Limited.
